Sushi Time
Chef Waefler came back from Switzerland and showed us his mad japanese sushi skills! Making nigiri is not as easy as it looks. It starts with proper prep work. The attention to details pays off in the end. Colors, textures and tastes play crucial roles as the food needs to be in its most fresh state possible. Look at some of the beautiful art that Chef Waefler created! Its too bad I was too sick to enjoy eating the delicious food!
